Just met him. He was leaving the base camp in Chicago after filming the 3rd Transformers movies, and seeing that there were only a few fans waiting, STOPPED and got out for pictures. He said “shhh” so we wouldn’t draw too much attention…
He was extremely nice, and spent a good 5-10 minutes with us. He laughed, asked how we were doing, and joked about wearing his Crocs home. He was in a white T-shirt and looked pretty laid-back considering he just finished a full day of filming intense action scenes w/explosions in 90 degree weather.
Overall, I’m ecstatic.

I am guessing that Shia rented that Ford SUV in LA and he and Carey drove to Chicago. Kind of like a romantic adventure semi-accross country. I think that sounds romantic if he did that, Shia has been known to be the romantic type. Carey and Shia all cozied up in SUV going to Chicago, cute.
