The bar fight that never ends…

So TMZ found the guy who “helped” Shia after his fight with the hairy shirtless man and his name is Shea Carter. No, really.
The man who tried to calm down Shia LaBeouf moments after the beatdown in Vancouver last week tells TMZ … the actor threatened to pull a knife on him in the wake of the fight … but he never actually flashed a blade.
TMZ spoke with Shea Carter … the man who restrained Shia after the fight … who tells us he noticed the actor inside the Cinema Public House bar BEFORE the melee. Carter says LaBeouf had been drunkenly swaying into several patrons … including one man who calmly warned Shia, “Hey man, watch out.”
Carter says Shia replied, “Oh yea? Or what? What are you going to do about it?” That’s when the two decided to take things outside … and the guy beat Shia down to the ground.
Afterward, Carter — a local hip hop artist and bar regular — tried to stop Shia from getting back inside, but LaBeouf got aggressive, spouting, “Well what if I grabbed my knife on you?”
Carter says he quickly grabbed Shia in an effort to protect himself in case the knife threat was serious.
Carter says the actor eventually walked away … so he went back inside the bar. But moments later, Carter says, Shia appeared outside a window and made a throat-slashing gesture at him … before leaving for the night.
Sounds like Shea is a little dramatic… oh and according to his Twitter he just dropped an “EP” – convenient timing, no??? Let’s hope this is just some random Vancouver local trying to make a buck and not reality.
Look…blaming or implying blame to either drunk (Shia or the man who hit him in the face) or this guy Shea (who came to Shia’s rescue after the man on crutches did first is irrelevant. “The only thing that matters is that Shia gets help.” Don’t be putting a spin on this crap. I’m not listening.
When & who is going to announce that Shia will be checked for head injuries, etc & that he will be in counseling with a professional? Don’t be giving us your jive spin? What is the plan? You haven’t even told us if he got an OK from a Doctor about his head injuries.

I said before that I don’t think Karolyn Pho is wrapped too tight. She wants to be a big stylist, but she has inappropriate videos at the end of her business site. She says dumb stuff like her motto was use or be used. That doesn’t endear her to anyone. Rumors were she thought MM was great. That ugly has been who was clearly using Shia’s rep to get a boost in his sales…plus she let herself be used to get to Shia by MM. Not terribly bright. Beautiful girl yes…but no character, stands for nothing & makes statement that LaCeinga st pavement is art. What is she smoking?

Shia needs levelheaded friends and if he has a gf, she’s gotta be levelheaded too. There are a lot of beautiful girls, with waist length dark hair, dark eyes, good figures & level heads. At least he could find one that doesn’t think you have to be paranoid to be at some heightened state of awareness to create art. MM with the Satanic crap reputation is garbage too. If Kpho wants to be a sucessful stylist, she has to walk a fine line to appeal to as many customers as possible…that omits any far out anything that prevents people from liking her. She does the exact opposite & drags our poor lad into.
She is just not level headed & that is the worst kind of person for Shia to be around. Carey wasn’t his type of sexiness…but she was level headed. They were in NY together for quite a few months, yet no reports of bar brawls, fights, etc..until the nite she had the big premier & he had to get drunk.
Let’s hope he finds a Kpho look alike with Carey’s brain. That way she can tell him the famous…”It’s me or Jim Beam”line…and maybe Shia will listen.

Shia is a big boy. He was a drunk before he met her and will be one after she is gone. Until he decides to grow up, nothing will change, no matter who his girl is. He has no one to blame but himself for his foolishness. He is a buffoon, as much as it kills me to say. I enjoy his work immensely, but when the actor becomes too big for his roles, then it is difficult to watch a movie and not think about Shia, instead of getting lost in the art. Not what he wants, but what he has created nonetheless.

I advice him to read the contracts and understands them BEFORE he signs them. people around him only care about themselves (his lawyer, agent, PR whore etc.) they’ll all go to hell. including SHia. he deserves the worst… I hope he loses everything that means sometihng to him in his life. Emily VP is right, what Shia needs is heavy duty counseling. He is really slipping deeper and deeper. He will lose his money and shit if he stays with that girl who is draining him so badly. What isn’t mama Labeouf speaking up? What about Lo, where the hell is he? Why isn;t he speaking up. Once a few years ago Lo had on his twitter account that he is close to the Lord, I hope to God that didn’t change cause of Shia. Please pray for Shia, he needs it. It would be great if Emily was close to mama Labeouf that way she could befriend her seeing that she is close in age and she could help Shia.
Also Shia needs and intervention, for his drinking (possible drug use) and for his dating the WRONG type of girl. WOW that girl is HORRIBLE news for Shia, She is baaaaad!

While the drinking & bar fighting is going on all over the country, it’s still not right. My girlfriend’s son was in a bar drinking. He got challenged by another drunk. The other drunk shot him dead. That’s why this has to stop now.
She has never gotten over it. She adopted his little daughter & has been raising her now some 6 yrs. I think that’s the only reason that his mother got through all this…plus the company we work for did a lot to help my friend. But she told me she thinks of him everyday. The worst part is that when it went to trial, the guy got off.

I hate to break it to all of you, especially you Emily, but this has nothing to do with Karolyn or Marilyn Manson or anything. Shia is problematic. HE ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND HE ALWAYS WILL BE. He grew up with an addict father in a troubled household and until he decides to either seek therapy or give up the drinking & whatever else he is probably doing he’ll never be any better. No one – not even any of you who call yourselves his “FANS” and are supposed to support him and not throw him under the bus and everyone he loves under the bus just because he’s having a rough time – can tell Shia what to do with his life because he is an adult who makes his own decisions and suffers his own consequences.
Stop with the satanic talk and the Jesus speak and the damning of his family and friends and the people who work for him. Shia is Shia and he always has been and if you don’t like it so much then go find someone else to obsess over. Maybe someone your own age, Emily? You have 40 years on Shia and you’re not his mother even though you could be. Leave him alone.

I have often said Shia was in trouble before he met MM and Karolyn. I am still a fan, and find it sad the turn his life seems to have taken. Well we can just disagree about ways & means, but I know we all care about Shia getting sober, peaceful & content. I appreciate some have my viewpoints. For those who disagree, I still enjoy reading your views as well because you want whats best for Shia too. But some of us are just going to keep praying anyway.
OK..but if you go on WCITW at IMDB & go to the message board…there are some interesting things on it. Especially the comments on the prescreening & how it ends. I get the idea that it isn’t finalized yet, so who knows. But I sure wish we could see the trailer by now.
Also they said that Mia W (Shia’s gf in the movie) has a small role. Well in the book, she really doesn’t surface for a long time. He sees her & it’s love at first site for him. But he plans to go after her when he gets some money, a car & the right clothes to court her. But their romance is such a sweet one, he makes a fool of himself, he says the wrong things, he is so happy to see her, she visits him when he is sick & when he wakes up…he is so happy to know that she was there visiting him while he was unconscious. Plus he gives up his dream of moving out of the county just to keep her happy. She wants to be near her family. It is really a sweet romance & I hope they don’t rob us from seeing the whole thing.
Since we haven’t see pics of Shia in the rag mags yesterday or today…maybe RR or family had a talk with him. Let’s hope so. We don’t want to hear about anymore injuries.

I have a feeling that Shia is doing some kind of drug(s). Here is why I say this theory. I take my regular prescribed meds and mix them up with Dimenhydrinate meds, when I wake up from the high that these meds gives me (I usually pass out) I have noticable dark circles under my eyes than on days when I don’t mix these drugs. I don’t use much cause it does not take me much to get high. This is me, so I am wondering if shia does the same, uses some kind of drug and/or mix it with the booze. Personally I hate the taste of booze and it makes me feel fat so I don’t drink, I stick to the drugs. I worry about Shia, I personally don’t give a fuck if I die, there is no need for me on this earth but I very much worry about Shia and his health, he has a gift and I hate to see him waste it, he such a young lad too.
Oh yes it is a learned behaviour, my mother hits the booze pretty hard and I had to see that all my life. ANd she would hit the booze when things did not go well in her life, that’s me too, I mix it up (my regular prescript drugs and the Dimenhydrinate sometimes). NO I don’t EVER take more than what is prescribed to me, I just mix it up. NOT GOOD I know.
Okay that is it, this is just what I go through and I pray that Shia is NOT going through drug abuse. It is all sad

@noname..you may be right about Shia. I have thought of that too. Also someone could of slipped something to him. (thinking they were big time for doing that to a celebrity). He is such a target (especially now) that he should have a body guard.
You are worth as much as Shia. Every person’s life is worth as much as every other person’s life on this planet. We are all needed & have a purpose. Sometimes that purpose is obvious, sometimes is it not apparent. Shia is everywhere right now just because he is an actor in a lot of big movies. He has given us great pleasure bringing these characters to life, so we want to see him a lot more. When we see him, he distracts us from anything that bothers us or he is taking away an empty feeling & giving us pleasure. When I first discovered him, my doctors were looking for cancer & turns out I didn’t have it. But I had to quit working, didn’t do much but watch TV, read books & pray. I got complete distraction, pleasure & laughter watching his movies on TV. He made my time go by faster, with some laughter & good actors with good stories do that for us. That’s why you like him too. We all do on this site.
But Shia is just like us. We see he is adorable, we know he is well paid, we know he has an active love life with beautiful women, he can buy what ever he wants, it seems that everyone adores him, etc. etc.etc… But it’s not like that for him. Shia has the same problems we do…in different ways. Granted he has no money problems, but that could change. He doesn’t feel worthy of his privileged position otherwise he would enjoy it more. He seems to try to thwart his own best interests by sabatoging everything he has…I think he thinks this all happened to him by mistake. It’s not a mistake. He deserves what he has and he is in that situation because he was made specially for it.
You are made for your role in life & trust me, you are perfect in it. Just because it’s been a struggle so far doesn’t mean it will always be a struggle. And just because someone appears to have it all, doesn’t really mean that they do.
The longer you are around, the more interesting it all becomes. It’s all clearer, things have more meaning & each day brings more contentment.
Hang in there NoName with us. We will all watch Shia together & I am hopeful this will turn out good for him & in turn for others too.
And I guarantee that eventually you will see your present problems disappear & things will get much brighter for you too. Hang in there.

Jeffrey Craig LaBeouf spent time behind bars between 1981 and 1983, after being convicted of attempted rape, Star magazine has exclusively learned.
The conviction means that he is listed on the Megan’s Law website, which gives people access to sex offenders across America.
“The Megan’s Law website is 100% accurate,” says Nick Pacilio, a spokesman for the Attorney General’s office. “If a person is on that website, they are a sex offender.”
But someone may be trying to erase Jeffrey’s devious past. Star has learned that all official police documentation associated with the assault has inexplicably vanished. Yet the online Department of Justice confirms the crime, describing it as “assault with intent to commit rape.”
In the same year as his rape offense, Jeffrey was also charged with kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon, but the legal outcomes of these charges are unknown.
Shia may know nothing of his father’s heinous crime, which was committed before he was even born.
But Jeffrey was accused of sexual harassment by an actress on the set of Shia’s first major acting gig, Even Stevens.
On another occasion, Jeffrey was accused of attacking a gay Disney executive who gave him a congratulatory hug.
Shia even recounted the incident to a magazine a few years later, admitting that his dad practically threw the man through the wall.
Sadly, Shia’s father, who worked as a mime and occasionally lived in a teepee in Montana, didn’t reserve his violent outbursts for strangers. The 25-year-old star alleged that his father verbally and physically abused him, claiming the Vietnam vet once held a gun to his head during a war flashback.
Even worse, it seems that a penchant for trouble is something Jeffrey passed down to his famous son. The handsome actor has had numerous run-ins with the law, including a DUI arrest, a bar fight, a drunken street brawl and an assault arrest when he was just 19 after he tried to stab a neighbor.
Shia’s rep did not return phone calls for comment.

I saw this unfortunate business this AM because another rag mag posted it at 730AM…Eastern time. I was hoping it would be taken down. It was posted by Radar OnLine…and they were awaiting to hear from Shia’s Publicist or PR people.
I think it’s outrageous to post this crap because even if it is true:
1. Shia may have never heard about it, as the article on Radar Online says. He wasn’t even born when this thing happened.
2. It’s particularly low to be posted right after Shia has been beaten…on video no less. He hasn’t even had time to get off the cement pavement & they are trying to knock him down again. Unbelieveable.
3. To make it worse, the last paragraph of the Radar Online article is questioning if his actions were passed down to Shia. What crap is this? WHAT AN OUTRAGE? No person is responsible for their parents behavior. They have no credit if the parent is a CEO of the planet? How did a parent contribute to his mother or father being the CEO of a company? They didn’t. Further every CEO does not have a child who also becomes a CEO. The same applies if the parent were a theif. Every child whose parents were jailed for being theives do not turn out to be thiefs.
Every drunk that every lived does not produce a child who becomes a drunk. What crap!
Yes there are exceptions. There can be tendencies, but no one can say who is going to follow in their parents exact footsteps. Further people can do wrong, but they can also stop doing wrong and do right. Bringing up something that happened years ago about someone’s parent is crap.
His dad is elderly and he did serve in the US forces (I don’t know which one). How can anyone say what he went through & how it affected him?
I honestly think someone who knows this family very well, is probably selling this info to these rag mags. What a shame.

Oh this makes me sick. And I feel a little guilty; it is the public’s need to know attitude that brings thinks like this about. We believe we have a right to know about what goes on in the lives of celebrities.
Poor Shia. Even if he knew, not his fault. Poor, poor baby. What was the purpose of running this, what does it gain?
Hopefully, he can find peace despite this crap. At the least, it may win him some sympathy.

Well my parents are not the best people in the world, but I am not making the same mistakes. Hey Shia is already doing better than his parents by a long shot. I would love to hear his life story I bet he is an interesting person who had to overcome alot.
