OMFS!!! Now we know why Shia’s been beefing up (not for Playgirl, tho we wish)…..he’s running the LA Marathon!

Shia LaBeouf does understand that a pack a day doesn’t contribute to the pulmonary stamina required to run 26.2 miles, right?
Either way, we wish the Transformers star luck with his decision to participate in the famed L.A. Marathon on March 21 on behalf of the nonprofit U.S.VETS, which provides services to veterans of all ages, including troops returning from recent tours of Iraq and Afghanistan.
LaBeouf’s dad, Jeffrey, fought in Vietnam and his paternal grandfather was a Green Beret.
“We are delighted and grateful to have Mr. LaBeouf participate in the marathon on our behalf,” said U.S.VETS president and CEO Dwight Radcliff.
We donno about you guys, but we will be on the sidelines cheering him on. If anyone wants to join, let us know!

According to JFX Online, Shia stopped by Ultra Body Fitness in Hollywood, CA… presumably the same day he was spotted leaving the medical center… although, the chances of Shia wearing that green hoodie 12 days in a row are pretty high, so you never really know what day it is. Sneaky LaBeouf.
JFX also claim that he “worked out.” Does he have a personal bag carrier (we said bag carrier not bag lady ahem, Mulligan) to carry his gym clothes around, or does he get on the elliptical in his grey skinnys? It’s a mystery if you ask us.
Shia is a multitasker. He can wack off and smoke cigs at the same time.
He’s just so talented.
